Update on Jones Tulloch’s response to COVID-19

As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop, Jones Tulloch is monitoring the situation closely. The health and safety of our staff, clients, associates and the community in general is of paramount importance to us. Most of our staff have been working virtually for the past week and all client meetings are now being conducted via phone or video/tele conferencing. Otherwise, please be assured that our service to you will not change. You can still contact us using our usual phone numbers and email addresses.

As of Monday 30 March 2020, we will temporarily stop staffing our Cremorne office and will revert to completely virtual work arrangements. As previously advised, we are well set up for this as we commenced as a virtual firm. We have contingencies in place for couriers, but it would be helpful if you could let us know prior to sending couriers. We will still receive mail at our PO Box address. However, communication via email is preferred where possible.

A number of the Patent Offices around the world are making special arrangements for the impact of COVID-19, such as extending deadlines and/or waiving certain fees. We will advise you if this applies to one of your cases.

We wish all our clients and associates well in these unprecedented times. Please feel free to contact the Jones Tulloch team if you have any concerns or queries.
