Jones Tulloch is an independent, specialist patent attorney and consultancy firm, working to assist clients in the pharmaceutical, veterinary, agricultural and biotechnology fields. We aim to help our clients grow their businesses, through the development, protection and exploitation of IP in Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
Jones Tulloch was established in 2011 by Paul Jones and Debra Tulloch, who bring to the market a wealth of experience, having cumulatively worked in the IP field for over 60 years. Through this experience, we have come to recognise the particular needs of clients in the biological science sector. It is our objective to maximise the benefits of our clients’ IP and help to resolve the particular difficulties and challenges that these technologies present. A major focus is patent lifecycle management and analysis. Hence we extend well beyond just managing applications from filing to grant.
Jones Tulloch acts for clients ranging from multinational corporations, research institutions and universities, through to start ups, small businesses and individual inventors. We have also extended our services to pro bono work for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Jones Tulloch is wholly owned by the partners, and therefore does not have external shareholders, nor is it a subsidiary of a publicly listed company that owns other IP firms.
