Jones Tulloch is an independent, patent & trade mark attorney and consultancy firm, based in Melbourne, Australia. We assist clients in the biotechnology, agricultural, veterinary, cosmetics, chemical, engineering and pharmaceutical fields, by providing high quality IP services and strategic IP advice. We aim to help our clients grow their businesses, through the development, protection and exploitation of IP in Australia and New Zealand.
Jones Tulloch was established in 2011 by Paul Jones and Debra Tulloch, who bring to the market a wealth of experience, having cumulatively worked in the IP field for over 60 years. We have developed an excellent team of attorneys and patent scientists, four of whom have PhD qualifications in the biotechnology and chemistry fields. They are supported by a team of experienced paralegals and administrative staff.
We act for clients ranging from multinational corporations, research institutions and universities, through to start ups and small businesses. We have extended our services to pro bono work for charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Jones Tulloch is wholly owned by the partners, and therefore does not have external shareholders, nor is it a subsidiary of a publicly listed company that owns other IP firms.
